Who Are We?

Lucy Victoria

Casting Director and Choreographer

Lucy co founded Glitz and Glam Entertainment in 2017 whilst working across sea’s in the industry as a choreographer and head dancer. Early on in Lucys career she found her love for feathers and rhinestones. Lucy makes sure the selection of entertainment is second to none. Leaving clients nothing but amazed and wanting more! With her keen eye for detail she loves bringing the clients vision to life with her tasteful choreography and vibrant ideas. Lucy is excited to see the continuous growth of Glitz and Glam Entertainment.

Jonathan Ross

Head of Operations and Services

Jonathan co founded Glitz and Glam Entertainment alongside business partner Lucy. Jonathans background specialise in event management, sales and promotions. Jonathan was brought up in the entertainment industry with his family working in show biz. He himself has had a go in the spotlight, even performing a human cannonball act. Jonathan manages the bookings and works with client’s to evolve their ideas. He has been thrilled to see the number of clients returning for continuous work with us. Aiming to keep the clients and entertainers coming back for more!
